Pulai Springs Resort is a nature retreat made for spas and recreational activities situated in the foothills of Mount Pulai in Johor. This project Focuses on further expanding its hospitality into medical services through its ambulatory care centre.

Converted from an abandoned changing room into a specialist clinic equipped with an operating theater and daycare centre. Its unique interiors calls to preserve its tropical resort style with traditional carvings, teracotta tiles and glass and wooden roof.
