A Wellness Tower in the heart of Johor Bahru is dedicated to the wellness and betterment of its residents. It is an urban concept inclusive of sustainable features and digital infrastructure at the core of this buildings architecture and design. With a holistic approach to wellness, visitors and residents will be able to enjoy numerous health facilities, activities and indoor outdoor greenery.

SoHo is an acronym for ‘Small office, Home office’. SoHo units can be used as either offices or homes.

Made for young singles, newly-weds and budding professionals take up SoHo units for the convenience of being able to incorporate their living area with their workspace.
